Every current, solvedPer pin and per chip, every LED and resistor, nothing without a current limit. Shared resistors by nodal analysis.
PowerEach rail's budget (a board's 5V and 3V3 pins, supplies, regulators), supply ranges, one common ground.
Logic levels and I2CDriver against receiver, absolute maximums, pull-ups within UM10204's range, unique addresses.
Coils and transistorsA flyback diode on every switched coil, MOSFET gate drive, a transistor's saturation.

Every limit comes from a datasheet or standard, and each check names its source. Breadboard and module level: no PCB layout.
